Create and manage compelling service listings that attract customers and clearly communicate your value. This guide covers everything from creating your first service to optimizing for maximum bookings.

Accessing Service Management

Navigate to your services:

  1. Go to Provider Dashboard
  2. Click "Services" in the sidebar
  3. View, create, and manage all your offerings

Creating a Service Offering

Step 1: Basic Information

Start a New Service:

  1. Click "Add Service"
  2. Select your service category:
    • Transport
    • Inspection
    • Insurance
    • Financing
    • Maintenance
    • Documentation
    • Other

Write a comprehensive service description that covers:

  3. Set area-specific pricing if applicable
  4. Save coverage settings

Step 7: Review & Publish

Before publishing:

  1. Review all entered information
  2. Click "Preview" to see customer view
  3. Verify pricing is correct
  4. Check all required fields are complete
  5. Click "Publish"

Managing Existing Services

Service List View

Your services dashboard shows:

Editing Services

Update any service anytime:

  1. Click on the service row
  2. Or click the "Edit" button
  3. Make your changes
  4. Click "Save Changes"

Active Bookings

Editing a service doesn't affect existing bookings. They retain the original terms.

Pausing Services

Temporarily hide a service from search:

  1. Click on the service
  2. Click "Pause"
  3. Confirm pausing

When Paused:

  • Service hidden from search results
  • Existing bookings unaffected
  • Can reactivate anytime
  • No penalty for pausing

Common Reasons to Pause:

  • At capacity
  • Seasonal slowdown
  • Equipment maintenance
  • Personal time off
  • Updating service details

Reactivating Paused Services

  1. Go to Services > Paused
  2. Find the service
  3. Click "Activate"
  4. Service returns to search results

Deleting Services

Remove a service permanently:

  1. Click on the service
  2. Click "Delete"
  3. Confirm deletion

Cannot Delete Active

Services with active (incomplete) bookings cannot be deleted. Complete or cancel active bookings first.

Permanent Action

Deleted services cannot be recovered. Consider pausing instead if you might offer the service again.


Service Photos & Media

Adding Photos

  1. Edit your service
  2. Go to "Photos" tab
  3. Click "Add Photos"
  4. Select images from your computer
  5. Drag to reorder (first image is primary)
  6. Save changes

Photo Best Practices

Quality Matters

High-quality photos lead to 40% higher conversion rates compared to services with poor or no images.

Do:

  • Use high-resolution images
  • Show your equipment and team in action
  • Include before/after examples
  • Photograph in good lighting
  • Feature your best work

Don't:

Reviews & Ratings

How Reviews Work

After completing a service:

  1. Customer receives review request
  2. Customer rates (1-5 stars) and writes feedback
  3. Review appears on your service
  4. Your overall rating updates

Service Reviews Display

Each service shows:

  • Overall star rating (average)
  • Total number of reviews
  • Individual review cards
  • Your responses (if any)

Responding to Reviews

For Positive Reviews:

  1. Click on the review
  2. Click "Respond"
  3. Thank the customer
  4. Submit response

Example Response:

Thank you for the wonderful review, [Name]! It was a pleasure
transporting your vehicle. We appreciate your business and
look forward to serving you again.

For Negative Reviews:

  1. Read carefully and stay calm
  2. Click "Respond"
  3. Acknowledge their concern
  4. Explain what happened (factually)
  5. Offer resolution if appropriate
  6. Keep it professional
