Welcome to the Admin Guide. This section covers everything administrators need to know about managing the Menon Mobility platform.
Admin Responsibilities
As a platform administrator, you are responsible for:
- Content Quality: Ensuring all listings meet platform standards
- User Safety: Protecting users from fraud and inappropriate behavior
- Platform Configuration: Setting up categories, specifications, and pricing
- Business Operations: Managing subscriptions, payments, and analytics
- Localization: Maintaining translations across 34 supported languages

Admin Capabilities
As an administrator, you can:
- Manage Users: Create, edit, suspend, and monitor user accounts
- Moderate Listings: Approve, reject, feature, and manage vehicle listings
- Configure Platform: Set up categories, brands, specifications, and pricing
- Site Settings: Customize watermarks, email settings, currencies, and SEO
- Translations: Manage content across 34 languages with parity checking
- Services: Configure service categories, verify providers, and manage bookings

Admin Dashboard
Accessing Admin Panel
- Log in with admin credentials (see credentials documentation)
- Click "Admin" in the top navigation bar
- You will be directed to the admin dashboard

Role Assignment
Admin role assignment is restricted to Super Admins only. Contact the platform owner to change admin roles.
