Moderation Overview
Listing moderation ensures:
- Quality standards are met
- Content is appropriate
- Information is accurate
- Platform policies are followed
Accessing Moderation Queue
- Go to Admin Panel
- Click "Listings" > "Moderation Queue"
- View pending listings

Review Checklist
Content Quality:

Photos:
- [ ] Minimum photo requirement met
- [ ] Photos are of actual vehicle
- [ ] No inappropriate content

Approve
Listing passes review:

- Click "Approve"

- Duplicate listing
- Add specific feedback
- Submit rejection
Request Changes
Listing needs modifications:
- Click "Request Changes"
- Specify required changes:
- Add more photos
- Correct information
- Update description
- Set deadline
- Seller notified via email
Escalate
Complex cases needing senior review:
- Click "Escalate"
- Select escalation reason
- Add notes
- Assign to senior moderator

- Check boxes for multiple listings
- Click "Bulk Actions"
- Choose action:
- Approve all
- Reject all (with reason)
- Assign to moderator

- Select listings
- Click "Approve Selected"
- Confirm bulk approval
Seller Trust Levels
Moderation varies by seller trust:
