Menon Mobility offers multiple ways to reach sellers, giving you flexibility in how you communicate.

In-Platform Messaging

The primary and recommended way to contact sellers:

  1. Open a vehicle listing
  2. Click Contact Seller or Send Message
  3. Write your inquiry
  4. Click Send

Benefits of platform messaging:

  • Full conversation history saved
  • Easy reference to specific listing
  • Read receipts available
  • Secure and monitored for safety
  • Accessible from any device

Quick Contact Form

For straightforward inquiries, use the quick contact form on listings:

  1. Fill in pre-defined fields
  2. Select your interest level
  3. Add your contact preferences
  4. Send with one click

The quick form typically includes:

  • Your name (pre-filled if logged in)
  • Your message
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Best time to call (optional)

Phone Contact

If the seller has enabled phone display:

  1. Click Show Phone Number on the listing
  2. The phone number is revealed
  3. Call the seller directly

Phone Number Privacy

Phone numbers are only shown after you click, helping protect seller privacy. The reveal is logged for security purposes.

WhatsApp Contact

Many sellers offer WhatsApp as a contact option:

  1. Look for the WhatsApp button on the listing
  2. Click to open WhatsApp
  3. A pre-filled message with the listing details opens
  4. Continue your conversation on WhatsApp
