Dashboard Overview

Your seller dashboard is the central command center for managing your vehicle listings, communicating with buyers, tracking performance, and growing your business on Menon Mobility.

Accessing Your Dashboard

There are multiple ways to access your seller dashboard:

  1. From the navigation bar - Click "Dashboard" in the top navigation
  2. From your profile menu - Click your profile icon and select "Seller Dashboard"
  3. Direct URL - Navigate to menonmobility.com/seller/dashboard
  4. After login - You're automatically directed to your dashboard

Quick Access

Bookmark your dashboard URL for instant access. If you're primarily a seller, set your default landing page to the dashboard in Settings > Preferences.

Dashboard Layout

Top Navigation Bar

The top navigation provides quick access to essential functions:

Sidebar Collapse

Click the hamburger icon at the top of the sidebar to collapse it for more screen space. Your preference is saved automatically.

Overview Page

The Overview page provides a snapshot of your selling activity and key metrics at a glance.

Quick Stats Cards

The top of the Overview displays four key performance indicators:

Each card shows:

  • Current value
  • Trend indicator (up/down arrow)
  • Percentage change vs. previous period
  • Mini sparkline chart

Period Selector

Change the time period for your stats:

  • Today - Current day activity
  • Last 7 Days - Weekly overview
  • Last 30 Days - Monthly summary (default)
  • Last 90 Days - Quarterly view
  • Custom Range - Select specific dates

Recent Activity Feed

The activity feed shows real-time updates on your account:

Activity Feed Actions:

  • Click any activity to navigate to the relevant page
  • Mark activities as read/unread
  • Filter by activity type
  • Load older activities with "Show More"

Pending Actions

A prominent section highlights items requiring your attention:

  • 3 Unread Messages - Buyers waiting for responses
  • 1 Listing Expiring - Renew within 2 days
  • 2 Draft Listings - Complete and publish
  • 1 Review to Respond - Maintain your reputation

Pending actions include:

  • Unanswered messages (prioritized by age)
  • Listings about to expire
  • Incomplete draft listings
  • Reviews awaiting response
  • Payment issues
  • Profile completion items

Prominently displayed buttons for common tasks:

Performance Chart

An interactive chart displays your key metrics over time:

Chart Features:

  • Toggle between Views, Inquiries, and Favorites
  • Hover for exact values on any date
  • Compare to previous period (dotted line)
  • Zoom into specific date ranges
  • Download chart as image

Reading the Chart:

  • Solid line: Current period performance
  • Dotted line: Previous period (for comparison)
  • Shaded area: Variance between periods
  • Markers: Significant events (featured listings, price changes)

Top Performing Listings

A quick view of your best-performing vehicles:

Listings Status Summary

A pie chart or bar showing the breakdown of your inventory:

  • Active - Live and visible to buyers
  • Draft - Work in progress
  • Paused - Temporarily hidden
  • Featured - Currently promoted
  • Expiring Soon - Within 7 days of expiration

Click the bell icon to open the notification center:

Notification Actions

For each notification:

  • Click - Navigate to related content
  • Mark as Read - Remove unread indicator
  • Mark as Unread - Keep for follow-up
  • Delete - Remove permanently
  • Disable - Stop this notification type

Configure how you receive notifications in Settings:

Quick Profile Access

Click your profile avatar for quick actions:

  • View Public Profile - See how buyers see you
  • Edit Profile - Update business information
  • Account Settings - Security, password, 2FA
  • Switch Account - If you manage multiple seller accounts
  • Help Center - Access documentation and support
  • Log Out - Sign out of your account

The Settings page contains multiple sections:

  • Camera Integration - Take photos directly for listings
  • Quick Actions - Respond to inquiries on the go

Enable Keyboard Shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts are enabled by default. If they don't work, check Settings > Preferences > Enable Keyboard Shortcuts.

Customization Options

Dashboard Preferences

Personalize your dashboard experience:

  1. Go to Settings > Preferences > Dashboard
  2. Configure:
    • Default View - Choose which page loads on login
    • Default Time Period - Set your preferred stats range
    • Activity Feed Length - Number of items to display
    • Chart Type - Line, bar, or area chart
    • Theme - Light, dark, or system preference

Widget Arrangement

Some widgets can be rearranged:

  1. Click the grip icon on any movable widget
  2. Drag to new position
  3. Changes save automatically

Data Export

Export your data from multiple locations:
